Supporting ADHD and Neurodiverse Individuals in Decluttering and Organising their homes

You don’t have to figure it out alone!

Why is it harder when you have ADHD to keep your home tidy?

Living with ADHD can make organising feel an impossible task. Clutter builds up quickly, routines are difficult to maintain, and everyday tasks such as emptying the dishwasher can feel impossible.

My approach is designed specifically with ADHD and neurodivergent minds in mind, judgement free. Together, we’ll create practical, small easy-to-maintain systems that reduce the overwhelm and help your home work for you, rather than against you.

Whether you’re struggling with overflowing cupboards, piles of paperwork, a chaotic workspace, or simply don’t know where to start, you’ll receive compassionate, judgement-free support every step of the way.

Simplifying your space in a way that works for you, tailored to every day life, we can create a home that feels more manageable, functional, and promotes your wellbeing.

Creating calm, one space at a time.

“Jenny thank you for all your positivity, patience and experience and of course hard work too. You have helped me to turn my life around in so many special ways – I am and will be forever grateful. Thank You”

Designing for Object Permanence

Designing for Object Permanence

Let’s talk about something I bring up with almost every single client, because it explains SO much once it clicks: object permanence, basically, your brain’s ability to remember something still…

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

Not at all. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, suspect you’re neurodivergent, or simply find organising harder than it “should” be, you’re welcome to get in touch. My approach is judgement-free and tailored to how your brain works, not a diagnosis.

What happens in a session?

We start by talking through what’s overwhelming you most and what you’d like your space to feel like. Then we work through it together, hands-on, sorting, decluttering, and setting up simple systems designed to be easy to maintain, not just look good on the day.

How many sessions will I need?

Because every home, every level of overwhelm, and every client’s pace is different, it’s hard to give a one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients see great progress in a single session, while others prefer ongoing support over several visits. We’ll talk through what you’d like to achieve and go at a pace that feels right for you, with no pressure to commit to more than you need.

What areas of Oxfordshire do you cover?

I work in person across Oxfordshire, and online with clients anywhere.

Is it embarrassing to have someone see my mess?

promise, I’ve seen it all, and there’s zero judgement. Most clients feel relieved once we get started, not embarrassed. My job is to help, not to critique.

Will the systems actually stick, or will things go back to how they were?

That’s exactly what my ADHD-specific approach is designed to prevent. We build small, realistic systems that fit your actual habits and energy levels, rather than an “ideal” system that falls apart after a week.

Will you make me get rid of things I want to keep?

Never. Decisions about what stays and what goes are always yours. My role is to support and guide, not to push you into decluttering anything you’re not ready to let go of.

How much does home organising cost?

In-person sessions start from £135 for a 3-hour session, and online sessions start from £45 per hour
