Decluttered Spaces, Clearer Minds
Professional Home Organiser Oxfordshire and Online.
Organise your home with Jen

Hi, I’m Jen, your professional home organiser in Oxfordshire and online.
What I love most about being a professional organiser isn't just transforming homes, it's witnessing the transformation in how people feel within them.
There is something incredibly rewarding about helping clients create calm, tranquil spaces that bring clarity, reduce overwhelm, and support their well-being. Time and again, I see how an organised home can have a positive ripple effect on every aspect of life.
Seeing clients move from feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ashamed to feeling confident, in control, and able to thrive is the most rewarding part of my work and the reason I do what I do..
Creating organised spaces is about so much more than tidying cupboards, it's about helping people fall back in love with their homes, regain a sense of calm, and create an environment that truly supports the life they want to live.
I am available in Oxfordshire and beyond with online sessions.

To think how I was when you first stepped through my door and my personal emotional and disorganised state I am forever grateful to you for helping me to totally turn myself around, get back to being the fun loving organised person I had been with a wonderfully organised and less cluttered home.

Thank you so much for all your help. I can’t believe after 20 years how I now am finding out how to be organised and you make things seem so simple! Just feeling excited for new levels of de-clutter.

How Rejig Began …
So, a bit about me. I'm a busy mum of three, so trust me, I get it. I know exactly how quickly life can spiral into chaos, and how clutter has a sneaky way of creeping back in, even when you thought you'd got on top of it.
Organisation has honestly always been my thing. Before Rejig existed, I spent over 20 years in project management, logistics, and systems implementation. basically, my job was bringing order to chaos, whatever form that chaos took!
Then in 2019, I was ready for a change, something more people-focused, and with more flexibility for busy family life. I wanted to put those skills to good use and make a real difference in people's lives. The final push came after decluttering my own home following the arrival of my third child. That feeling of calm, clarity and finally control, I got from sorting my space. It reminded me just how much our homes affect the way we feel day to day, it genuinely has a profound effect on our mental health, and I knew I wanted to help other people feel that calmness too.
Fast forward seven years, and I've loved every minute of helping clients cut through the overwhelm. Building systems that actually work for real life and more often than not, feel more confident and in control, not just in their homes but in life generally.
But honestly? The best bit has been the people I've met along the way. Every client lets me into a really personal part of their life, and I never take that for granted, it's such a privilege to be trusted with that. At the end of the day, that's what it's all about for me: helping you create a home that feels calm, works for you, and makes you fall back in love with the space you live in.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it embarrassing to have someone see my mess?
It may feel uncomfortable at first, but I promise, I've seen it all, and most clients feel relieved once we get started rather than embarrassed. My job is to help, not to critique.
Will you make me get rid of things I want to keep?
Never. Decisions about what stays and what goes are always yours. My role is to guide and support, not to push you into anything you're not ready for.
Do you work with people going through big life changes, like moving, downsizing, or bereavement?
Yes, I regularly support clients through moving home, downsizing, divorce, bereavement, and menopause. This work is about far more than tidying, and I bring a compassionate, practical approach to whatever transition you're navigating.
What area's of Oxfordshire do you cover?
I work in person across Oxfordshire, and offer online sessions for clients anywhere. Covering Oxfordshire, including Kidlington, Abingdon, Banbury and surrounding areas within 15 miles radius.
Do I need to tidy up before you arrive?
No, please don't. Come exactly as you are, that's what I'm there to help with, and there's no judgement about the state of your home.
How many sessions will I need?
Because every home and every client's situation is different, it's hard to give a one-size-fits-all answer. Some people see great progress in a single session, others prefer ongoing support over several visits. We'll talk through your goals and find a pace that works for you.
Do you offer support for ADHD or neurodivergent clients?
Yes, alongside general home organising, I offer ADHD coaching designed specifically around ADHD and neurodivergent minds, judgement-free and tailored to how you actually work best.
How much does home organising cost?
In-person sessions start from £135 for a minimum 3-hour session. Online sessions are more flexible and start from £45 an hour.
